What is a "record"?

A record is a person or company you've added to Minerva and actively manage. Once it's in your workspace, you can enrich it, track signals on it and activate it across your tools.

What does "records under management" mean?

It's the number of records you're actively maintaining in Minerva at any time. Your plan is sized to how many records you manage, not how many seats you have or how many times you run a search.

Why is pricing based on records under management?

Because your records don't sit still. Every record you manage is kept continuously current and refreshed with new contact details, role changes and live signals as they happen. You're not paying to store data, you're paying to keep it accurate and ready to act on, month after month.

Does my cost per record change as I scale?

Yes, and it works in your favor. The more records you manage, the less each one costs. Pricing is tiered, so your effective rate drops automatically as you grow. No renegotiation, no plan change. Scale up and your unit economics improve on their own.

What's the difference between Free, Growth, and Enterprise?

Free lets you explore the data and activate a starter set of records, at no cost. Growth is our self-serve plan, pick the volume of records you need and start immediately. Enterprise adds custom volume, SSO and dedicated support for larger teams.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. No card required. You get a set allotment of records to search, enrich and export so you can see the data quality for yourself before you upgrade.

How many users can I add?

As many as you want, on every plan. We don't charge per seat, bring your whole team in. More people using Minerva usually means more value out of it.

Which integrations are included?

All of them, on every plan. Push and sync records with your CRM and outbound tools, and export to CSV anytime. We don't gate integrations by tier.

Can I add more records mid-cycle?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can increase your records anytime and your plan adjusts automatically. No need to wait for a renewal or talk to anyone.

Should I pay monthly or annually?

Accepted Answer

Either works. Annual plans are billed up front and save you 15% versus monthly. Monthly plans bill each month and your records roll over for as long as your plan stays active.

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

You keep access through the end of your current billing period. On monthly plans, unused allotment doesn't carry past cancellation; annual plans run through the full term you've paid for.

When do I need Enterprise?

If you need volume beyond the self-serve tiers, SSO and advanced security or a dedicated point of contact, that's Enterprise. Reach out and we'll scope a plan to your usage.

How is this different from buying a contact list?
